GAME RECAP ⚾️ Rock Memorial 283 6 Festus 253 4

It was a battle from start to finish! Rock struck first with a run in the 2nd, then added another in the 3rd. Festus answered big in the bottom of the 3rd with an RBI single and a 2-run homer from Brady Nolen to take a 3-2 lead.

 

In the 4th, Rock capitalized on wild throws to score 4 runs without a single hit, swinging the momentum back in their favor. Festus kept fighting, loading the bases in the 5th and 6th but only scratched across one more run on a sacrifice RBI.

 

 

 

Rock’s defense held strong in the 7th- ending the game with a diving catch in right field by Peyton Falvey to lock in a 6-4 win!
